Lamont, if you're ever in California again soon, Oakland California has the graveyard of the unclaimed people who killed themselves in 1978 in Jonestown Guyana by drinking grape flavor-aid that was laced with cyanide.There were hundreds left unclaimed so they buried them there in a mass grave! That story is interesting!
I always wondered what became of the bodies. I was in high school when Jonestown happened, shocked the world🥺

And several weeks before or after SF Mayor Moscone and SF Supervisor Harvey Milk, first gay city Supervisor in the nation, were assassinated by homophobe and malignant narcissist Dan White in SF City Hall (where I later got married three weeks after the Loma Prieta Earthquake). I lived a lot of history in my City by the Bay!

There was an article featuring a woman who had survived that awful day. She was a child at the time. One of the adults who saw what was unfolding told her to take off into the jungle, there may have been others who did as well. Just harrowing 😥

Lamont, I have a story for you. Look up “if the devil had a wife” (book based on my hometown of Orange, Tx). It’s based on the Stark family that we’re prominent figures in Orange’s history. It’s true crime based and I am not sure anyone on YT has done a story on it. Orange is on the border of TX/LA with I-10 running though it. It’s a full mouth of good stuff to do a documentary on lol. Nelda stark was a witch and gave her husband phenobarbital and kept him locked in Shangri La gardens and he went loopy at the end of his life. For anyone to do a true crime story on it, I would be honored if you did it about my hometown.

Wish you could've visited Detroit's historic Elmwood Cemetery before thieves began stealing metal from the private mausoleums. Not only was it a beautiful place with its gothic look and amazing landscape, but it's full of interesting stories. It's also the site where a war was fought.

Hi Lamont! Colt state park cemetery I'm Bristol RI has some of the oldest Graves I've seen in real life. I went yesterday and I saw someone buried who was BORN in 1771 😳. If you're in the New England area again soon would love if you paid my new city a visit! Love your channel!

Great video as usual! You said you travel the hey 69/75 corridor in between your travels from Missouri to Texas. A couple of things to note...Fort Washita in Oklahoma isn't to far away when you're driving through Durant. Theres a couple of graveyards inside there.. also,, the cemetery in Sherman, Texas is the resting place if Olive Oatman. I havent ran across any if your videos yet over either of these. If you've covered them I hope someone will point them out so I can go and give them a watch. Great work and safe travels!
