As a cannon main, I believe that the little boy and if possible a vector or piercer to back up the small ammo capacity of the cannon. In addition it teaches players that while it's awesome to have 3 or 4 of the same type of weapon is cool, it can backfire sometimes and leave you vulnerable. Such as stripped weapons (piercers, cords, vectors etc.) Due to having no real durability like cannons. On that same note, having an all cannon build isn't the wisest, having limited turn cannons (judges, prosecutors, and even executioners) can leave you vulnerable to ambus. Same can be said about 360 degree cannons (little boys etc.), due to their slow turn speed. Ammunition is also a concern for if you don't have the ammo boxes, you'll run out real quick and now your just a sitting duck. My point is, for new Crossout players, it's not only important to pick your poisons carefully, but also try to have a mix of both heat based, and ammo based weapons. It may not be THE Best suggestion but it will help you out in the beginning and in the long run.
Can't argue with the vector and sledge, great starters but really again the specials for a new player? If your gonna do that summator tops the list hands down. It's easy to use, pretty durable and out damages everything at any range. Piercer is rubbish, that thing gets knocked off by gravel kicking up from your wheels.
"New Players" if you didn't play during the founder's event, you can't craft them. Not saying you cant craft something else to sell and then buy a few Summators. But, I think his intent was stuff new players can make on thier own
Sumnator is great but its more of a shoot and hide weapon because its hard to strip weapons with it. Its harder to use than sinus. I agree with you for the piercer tho.
@@travispaskiewicz2663 Oh didn't realize that, thought the founders would be automatically open for new players. That's a bit shit. But still it's about as expensive to buy as any other special.
@@jean-charleslavigne1298 Summator is one of those were you need to get to grips with the 2 different modes of fire to get the best out of it, although after about half an hour practice should be proficient. Really for stripping weapons its as good as a Junkbow when fully charged and the charge time is slightly quicker then the JB reload. It's also as good as any AC or MG for suppressing fire and when you learn to judge the arc you can shoot across the map.
Happy 4th of July Mr.G and to your family. I love these tutorials because I just started playing last September. Have a great and safe Independence Day!
I remember getting four vectors when i started out, and when founders came by i upgraded to quad sinus asap One of my favorite weapons along with summators, which are also very good but take a bit more skill to use effectively
This is a great list. I'm not new and I still use sledgehammers in low powerscores. If a new player is reading this once you get good with some of the weapons on this list don't be scared about fuzing them it's worth it.
I would recommend to new players to start with sledgehammers and join lunatics. In just 2 to 3 weeks you could easily be in thunderbolts from just earning money for crafting tables.
the nailgun is overpowered in low power scores making all of those weapons that you mensioned useless because it does a stupid amount of damage and its a special weapon. It basicaly ruins fun for new players when people grab a starter truck blueprint and slap 2 or 3 nailguns on it and destroy everyone in less than 5 hits. This issue happens around 2000 to 4000 power score. its really overused and difficult to deal with since they do a ton of damage at almost any range
what's wrong with using autocannons and cannons? It's pretty fun to shoot long distances while the opponent cant do anything with their machine guns or shotguns.
Absolutely nothing, I just think starting out newbies dont have that sense of velocity down and compensating leading the target. Autocannons are by far my favorite. Put a rs seal on it and you're shooting forever
Autocannons arent bad despite all the nerfs. You need some skill hitting moving targets at longer ranges but overall they are good. Canons on the other hand really need some actual skill to use well so not good for new players, well I would argue they are not good for 90% of the player base considering the skill level of ppl i meet on regular basis but well... Turret canons have bad shell velocity so hitting even mid range targets can be difficult for most players, also they use ammo and from my experince most players dont pack enough. That combined with their terrible aiming skill means they will be out of ammo in no time and therefore useless. Fixed cannons have good shell velocity so hitting ppl at longer ranges is easier but it still requires skill. Also they are pretty much useless on wheels or small/hardened tracks. Well not really useless but you need high skill level to at least somewhat compesate for the lack of strafing ability hovers or legs provide.
Junkbow is good imo since you can essentially play on all the servers with them since ping wont really affect your aim all that much, they are pretty sucky in raids tho and now that they aren't blues anymore they are more expensive at 85$ each last i checked, they also give you a good road of progression if you start saving for a colossus engine and eventually an echo or howl cabin, then you have a very viable 6.5. to 7.5k powerscore build
First blues i got where goblins....and i loved it.....fast builds get the ram damage bonus and the weapon has a nice dps....and i agree that the limited fire angle might not suit starter players...but still...missed it in the list....nice vid...thanks mrG
Wasps are too tricky to use for a new player I reckon. When I first tried to use them it was a steep learning curve. Could go for matches without hitting a damn thing. JB and Summator definitely overlooked although I think not craft-able for a new player. Surprised no drones or turrets made it, the cobra especially is really underrated. Regularly use a pair of cobra's and a pair of falcons in easy raids (to stifle the yawns) and and effortless 1st place is almost guaranteed. Doesn't really improve your skills tho.
Thank you for the great advice Mr G! What would be the next step up from the Sinus? I have 3x Sinus mg's on a 4k Growler build and enjoying them very much :D
Has anyone been able to complete the new challenge in the garage area at the goal? A ball disappears and a new one falls from the sky. you accept the challenge. The challenge needs to be restarted if the ball touches the ground. I cannot find a way to juggle it.
Imo, skip the Vector and go straight for the Penetrator. It has almost twice the durability and mixed with two Chords you get decent damage at medium range.

Starting out you can't beat chords, chords and even more chords
Hell even higher up
*11K Chords*
Chords chords chords and also chords

I like 8 chords
I can't wait for a video where G brings us coffee and himself crossout
These are the easy to use weapons mean while me when I starter who had a growl buggy with 2 wasps and like 303 durability
@Milan Gal But you have to get close for a borer. The wasps will damage your car, too. 🤔
@ARMOR_X no? borers and wasps are legit the worst combination.
I prefer sledges, growl, and over 1000 durability.
I sold my soul so I could afford to place two crickets on my hrowl
Id love to see a series about improving packs, so like with the War Machine replacing the wasp/phoenix with i dont know, hulks or fat mans.
I don’t put generators on the bottom of my build because of wedge builds I now try to avoid them all together if possible
Yeah wedges just ruin your day....

4*Chords was my build for a long time and also did a hUUUUge farming
I actually miss the early grind so many funny little builds lol to bad im a veteran now... Go legendary or go home
Wanna trade our accounts? Lol
I started recently and I really like the blue autocannons.
How do you fuse weapons? And where do you get these weapons from?
I found my more effective early builds incorporated the use of the Rapier autocannon.

I made a beginners borewedge on ps4 called BoreHore , buildable after 1 week of playing

Who needs Chords, when you’ve got two Fatmans in a armored track-slope tank build? (Still working on crafting a Bastion, for maximum defense.)
Teal. The color is called teal.
Whats the best gun to have for level 15 and 16 ?

Mr. G i need your help. Have you heard of the scam that's going on on the Xbox consoles probably going on with the PlayStation 2 regarding crossout
Honestly i just use AC50 storm , Vector and Wasp rocket launcher with a power score of 4500ps
