    This video saved me a $4000+ transmission replacement! I was told my leak was the torque converter seal but it was actually nothing but this simple fitting! It was spraying like an aerosol from two different spots on the pipe. Thank you so much for posting this!

    Thanks for the video, had noticed trans fluid leak recently on my wife's 2007 Mazda 3i, took apart the air box and found exact same situation. Will order and replace same part myself in a few days.

    Good video. Question about this cooler line, would this stop the tranny from going? Going into gear and go.

    • @DIYKAI
      @DIYKAI  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks! not really maybe if the fluid was really low.... these cars have an issue with the shift line that runs from the gear selector to the trans or the neutral safety switch. The line likes to rust and bend at the selector on the trans check is and if its rusted hit it with WD-40

    Is the leak from coolant fluid or AT fluid? Cause I have same issues but my coolant's color red. Dont know thr difference

    Nice video. My 2004 Mazda 3 hatchback is having a slow transmission fluid leak, haven't noticed any transmission performance issue though. I took out the undercover today and looked from below, the pan looks completely oily, the highest point of the oily mess seems to be at this fitting. I need to take out the air box and look from above. Did your pan bottom look all oily too?

    • @DIYKAI
      @DIYKAI  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      yes, it will drip down the front and spray all over the pan
