hot water works best at dents and drag marks. After repainting, seal with minwax or future floor shine products.

Nice idea! Have you ever used HOT WATER or a HEAT GUN? Both work in most cases. You should see my Airbus A320, which I crashed, and broke in 7-8 pieces...the nose looked like a microwaved hotdog! When I was done, it looked about 95%. I couldn't believe it, and I was there.
P.S. I love forceps also - they're one of my most favorite tool!

thank you. I also use a steam gun for pinpoint accuracy. works great on unpainted foam.

What does that contraption look like? I've always made huge pans of hot water...then I dip in the part, or ladle it over the impacted area.

Looks brutlal but seems to work! Maybe push a bit of foam inside the hole to strenghen it! Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, it is good idea. I have done it before but, I still use heat to rise the sunken areas and then smooth them as you do. Good job

Thanks. Just tried a new method with my steam gun for pinpoint dings. I'll have to post a video explaining soon. Thanks for watching. Happy Easter, Skip

Try dipping the part in boiling water. The dent will come out. just watch out for dragon skin.. th-cam.com/video/XRE1X_Xowv4/w-d-xo.html
