I’m new here but I loved this! As someone with crazy ADHD, that decluttering really does change your life friends! When I learned how important cleaning was in the Japanese and Buddhist cultures, I did a deep declutter over a couple of weeks and it felt like a piano had been lifted off my spirit! Now I clean about 15 minutes before every morning to really keep my peace and allow for my most efficient and intuitive moments throughout the day. It also helps to document this for my TH-cam channel to inspire others and just be appreciative of those small moments. I definitely recommend trying to incorporate this for all my neurodivergent folks and everyone looking to add a helpful habit to their morning routine. Much love friends. - Maha🤍

I love the fact that despite having so much storage space in your kitchen, you’d decluttered this much and get rid of a lot of stuff that you don’t need. I can imagine the satisfaction and relief afterwards looking at those spaces :) i love your kitchen btw :)

I’m constantly looking for motivation and found your channel. I’m on a minimalism journey that is going at a snail’s pace.😩 I’m feeling more motivated lately so am trying to be proactive when in this mindset. As most kitchens are overwhelming I thought I would start with this video. I do have a very small channel where you wouldn’t think I aim to be a minimalist as I love luxury bags, etc. My goal is to just keep things that I love or are useful. I’m subscribing to your channel.🥰

I was actually doing a job for my work that I don't like doing, while listening to your video, it made the time go faster, as I was listening to you rather than focusing on the job at hand lol
I recently reduced my belongings from a 4 bedroom house to 10 packing boxes, of which most of them were my work work equipment (sewing).
By the time I got to the last day before moving, I just tossed a lot, because I was too tired to care. I felt my stuff was controlling me and my time. It takes time to manage our stuff.
I moved 1700km north to far north Queensland Australia. I am surprised that in the short time since I moved, I've already collected too much stuff again.
So I'll be doing another cull, to minimise the time i spend cleaning. ❤️

Hi Kenzie, I just found your channel and I love this content of organizing and decluttering 👍🏼 there’s just a few things I’d like to suggest if I may folding towels that you use for your kitchen on the floor isn’t very sanitary as well as a cat on the kitchen cupboards where you prepare food ( digs in the litter box) 👍🏼❤️😉🇨🇦

I see SO many of these minimizing/decluttering videos and I love them! Just wish I would hear/see more effort being put towards recycling/reusing. Especially the "empties" after clear a space or cabinet. I believe Primally Pure and/or Grove Collabrative offers discounts when you send empty bottles to recycle. Would love to see more of that from family TH-camrs

Super motivating! Love your approach to minimalism in keeping the important/sentimental stuff, but being very honest about what you aren't using and not overthinking things :) also wondering where your bronze measuring cups/spoons are from?? been searching for something similar, thank you!!

I noticed that you have a few lint rollers, I found some reusable lint rollers on Amazon and they're so great! Makes it a lot easier than using the traditional sticky paper ones and they work super well ☺️

Reusable are great but I giggled when you said "traditional sticky ones"......the traditional ones ARE the reusable.
My lint brush has been used in my family for about 40 years. It was first my dad's then he gave it to me when I was about 18. I'm 51 now and still using the same one:)

After 30 years of living in my home, I am all packed and moving out of state. There was no time to declutter and so everything went on the moving trucks. Luckily, we have a huge workshop where everything will be placed and then I will slowly do a huge declutter before anything enters my new home. I just want to live a different life, with less items, less clutter, and more time to do the things I enjoy❤

I saw you only kept 4 plates but what do you do when you have guests over? Do you have some extra ones somewhere? :) I also feel like we have too many plates but I never know how much is enough
so we kept four of our “fancy” plates and then we also kept some extra blueberry plates that are more sentimental - and we will just use those when guests come over! we probably have maybe 10 plates in total. we don’t have many guests often, but if we’re planning a big party or something i’ll just buy paper plates and such 🤷🏼♀️

we’ve had this guy for years and LOVE it! ♥️ no problems whatsoever, the coffee is thick and creamy, and it’s so worth it in my opinion. i do wish it went a little more with my decor but that’s just me being way picky 😜 overall, great machine!!

Idk why it’s so funny to watch you shove your vacuum in the drawers 😂 usually I see people using a hand held vac, but that works too especially since it’s cordless and light weight!

Why didn't you take the white basket and put all your towels that you folded in there instead of just laying them down in your cabinet?
The problem with decluttering in places like Canada and US is that the people do not have a proper way for a sustainable recycling system and the country sends with no mercy all kinds of waste in containers overseas to poorer countries like Mexico, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, etc causing them more trouble
