Egypt is probably the most lively country I ever visited, it was almost overwhelming, especially in Cairo. I also had an Egyptian childhood friend, so I grew up on mountains of Egyptian food, because Egyptian hospitality works on the principle of "more is more" xD.
After seeing the video with the scammers I'm glad you had a positive experience. Most Egyptians are not like those people.. They are friendly and we are happy to have you here.
So glad you got the real essence of Egypt in Alexandria. I was really sad about your experience at the pyramids as this is not how most Egyptians conduct themselves. When you're from Alexandria and know exactly where he is and every single place and street not only that , that is really near MY AREA i could've like ran into mike while on my way to college or something like that literally 😂 and he definitely went to the right places and foods I'm so Proud wish i could've met you but I'm happy you had a good time ❤ And yes guys the liver sandwich is heavenly and one or two is never enough it's literally called alexandrian liver we do it differently from the rest of the cities in Egypt that's why it's clean and doesn't smell and yup that was a traditional breakfast (we even have a lot more breakfast food items) next time try making a flafel sandwich by adding tahina and salad to it and eat it with pickles 👌🏻❤

Never been to Egypt I'm Lebanese was born there but grew up in the USA. first time going to Lebanon even though i grew up with this culture was eye opening. Middleastern people will literally give up the shirt of their back. Mike chen do your self a favor and go to Lebanon if you don't that will be a huge regret. Everything you ate Mikey I would have; it all looked so good especially the seafood feast. All that for under $20?!! You couldn't even get two of those items here in NY for that price!!
That meal was incredibly cheap totally worth it.
let me tell you for 30 $ you will feel like the king of seafood here in egypt
and Egypt is considered the most expensive Arab country excluding Morocco.

Never been to Egypt I'm Lebanese was born there but grew up in the USA. first time going to Lebanon even though i grew up with this culture was eye opening. Middleastern people will literally give up the shirt of their back. Mike chen do your self a favor and go to Lebanon if you don't that will be a huge regret. People food and sight seeing is just amazing.
