Who is the Philly
The filly is Thorpedo Anna. She is not running in the Belmont Stakes. Since her stablemate Mystik Dan is running in the Belmont, her connections decided to run in the Acorn Stakes at Saratoga on June 7.

Mindframe is an exciting prospect. As for Muth, he is back in California and is targeting the Haskell Stakes at Monmouth Park on July 20.
Mindframe has my attention. Not real confident taking him in a mile and a quarter at this stage. Mystik Dan has grown on me a bit. I'm leaning toward the Derby exacta with Sierra on top of course this time.
Mindframe is one of those promising, lightly raced runners that keep popping up more and more these days. That's what makes these races tough to decipher sometimes, We just don't know what we are going to get from horses like that, and you almost have to throw them in some wagers just in case they are stars.
Sierra Leone is the one to beat on paper. If the pace is honest and he runs his usual race and is a bit more professional in the stretch, he is the most likely winner.
On the opposite end of the fresh, lightly raced spectrum, we have Mystik Dan and Seize the Grey. They are both capable of running quality races but how will they react in their third starts in five weeks? We just won't know until the race is run.
@@JarrodHorak Excellent points to consider regarding the question marks on Mystik and Seize, and the potential star factor in Mindframe. Regarding Sierra Leone, I was extremely confident he would hit the exacta in the Derby as were you, and I'm just as confident in an exacta finish here. Hope he puts it all together here and gets the win.
@@paulv7554 Sierra Leone should be right there if he runs his usual race. He has the freshness edge over the Derby-Preakness winners, and the experience edge over Mindframe. I trust him more than the others based on those factors and his consistency.

Thorpedo Anna is entered in the Acorn Stakes at Saratoga on June 7. She landed post 9 of 9 in that race for 3-year-old fillies at 1 1/8 miles.
