The house looks beautiful but it has a lot of negetives... Love the kitchen, love especially the bathroom, I love all the natural light... But no matter how much she talks up a well system, it is still a well system and for me that's a big negative. And side driveway that it has it almost makes me think that I need to ask permission to get to the back of my house... Don't know how right away is treated under the law but I don't like it.... As for the price point over half a million dollars with zero infrastructure.... That's crazy, I don't know what the hell the owner of the house of smoking but whatever it is it's making them crazy

I like the house but it's too expensive for me but nice house keep up with more homes in the mid $300. to the mif $400
