I personally like him better, but to be honest, I feel like he'd be at a disadvantage. The penguins put him out of commission once, if not twice. DuBois from the movie was almost unstoppable even against more than just the penguins. Not to mention she tracked them across the globe while Officer X sticks around the zoo. Then again, DuBois needed to revive her team to succeed while Officer X can stand on his own. He does look more in shape than DuBois and she could have been drawn less...yuck.
