Surprises for me is team can be explosively offensively and get multiple goals quickly (especially in 3rd period). Also they have been super healthy. I am in the camp that this team needs more high end prospects so Drysdale & Goalies are keeping them in top 11 draft slot.
My problem is the deference to Drysdale. Andrae and Drysdale are the exact same age. In is brief stint Andrae looked like twice the NHL player despite playing significantly less against NHL competition. It’s pretty obvious that The Flyers are going to give Drysdale preferential treatment solely because not doing so makes Briere look bad for the Gauthier trade. Drysdale needs to be treated the same as every other player and sit when he has bad games … or be sent down to AHL for rehab stints when it is a perfectly legitimate option for The Flyers to utilize.
Zamula is so bad tired of seeing him, farabee can’t finish to save his life, michkov needs to play with konecny and couturier, kolosov is on the verge of taking the net in my opinion as the number 1 which im excited about, I wonder what teams with give up to get frost probably not much but definitely listen to offers at the deadline for sure
Really the only reason Zamula is in the line-up is to help as an interpreter to Michkov! It really hurts having him in the line-up especially, when they pulled out Andrae to keep him in. Can't wait for Michkov to grasp the language better!
