People have been conditioned over the years to just ignore car alarms. Same thing with fire alarms. Every time one goes off at my job, nobody makes any attempt to leave the building at all.
Everyone gets six 30-round mags. But after qualifying, there's usually lots of untouched ammo cans. Which we're all allowed to shoot afterward, since it is easier than turning it in.
I was active duty in the Coast Guard from 88 to 96, vastly different range experience than yours. We were in small groups of 8 or less usually and we had a blast. The gunners mate's did not like to check ammo back in at the end of the day and we had no problem making sure they had none to check in.🫡 The Coast Guard was a blast, I would have loved to have stayed for 30 years.👍
This was the response I was looking for. Someone with a completely different experience than mine. With such a small group, drawing and turning in weapons must've been hassle free.

Ha! Our reaction to fire alarms at my job is usually "ahh shit! Do we have to go outside?"
Having to re-zero the same weapon I qualified with a few months prior would be infuriating.
Beyond infuriating.
I appendix carry slightly to the right, missing my "junK" completely..
Gotta protect the junk at all cost.
Also being in the marines I had the m16 going through Boot Camp and most of the beginning of my fleet, and then we transitioned to the M4
I found the M16 to be quite cumbersome, especially getting in and out of armored vehicles. Preferred the M4.
@@Stormtrooper_Accuracy couldn't agree more cause shorter barrel
I thought when I ordered my streamlight and it said x sub I thought they sent me a fake one but come to find out it’s the revamped version.
Same here, I was skeptical while looking at the listing. But did more research before buying.
"Fatbody" haven't heard that term in a long, long time -lol

Sounds fun. :) How many rounds do you get to shoot? If all that was for 100 rounds, then that'd really suck.

@Stormtrooper_Accuracy That sounds like a good deal. :)
