In my opinion the best megaman theme is armored armadillo from megaman x like come on every time I hear it i have flashbacks of his awesome stage where you ride through tunnels on minecarts leading to you jumping off the cliff at high speeds to the best jam ever

Yes, Keiji left, but he wrote the layout for the game and left it in their care. all they had to do was the rest, which they are completely capable of doing as they do any other game. They didn't have a problem continuing the X series after X5 (where keiji wanted it to end) so why's this any different? Capcom is not only failing MegaMan, but all of the other all-star series as well (like Resident Evil and Street Fighter). Also, keiji wanted to help from the outside..
I mean to be fair, some character designs of the Mega Man franchise were inspired by JoJo characters, most notably, Spike Rosered. In fact, it was Capcom who made the original JJBA fighting game.
