I don’t have the pair she bought but all of mine have some form of adjustment available on the ankle/calf sometimes it’s buckles that you can adjust or laces you can loosen or tighten.

I do know that on the demonias website if you sign it, it notifies you, but if you dont want to sign it check the instagram and either comment or look for comments that have the same problem, and they usually answer!
