Well this has since been discontinued. However, there is one now made by three former Bose engineers that picks up where this left off. It’s called Ozlo and I believe they will allow 3rd party music on it.
I have the old Bose that stick out of you ear, but as soon you put them on they block the outside noise. The sound core A20 does NOT block any outside noise! No good!

Are you able to listen to anything outside the app somehow? If not it's a huge downside

Your ears need to air out these plug ears and you may suffer ear infection incase the ear canal is not exposed to air.

You're not supposed to wear them 24/7.........
Imo,these are quite expensive & not up to the mark & there's better alternatives available at cheaper price tags.
