In my opinion it is. I like Raiders quite a bit, and I would say I like it more for the shorter gameplay time. I really enjoy Lords of Waterdeep and this slightly edges it out, even with Waterdeep's expansion.
@@thediceodyssey4690 Thank you. I'm slowly starting to build up a collection of games and one(or two) of these three isn't too far off a purchase. Always being well regarded peoples opinions move around a lot between them so your reply is helpful. Thanks again.
Fantastic review Kas. I wont play the game without the expansions ether and also the neoprene mat is great to have.
ooooooooo, I want the neoprene mat now.
@@thediceodyssey4690 It's very nice and it doesn't take up that much space on the table, other than the fact it's hard to store it. Lol.....
Same thing happened to me. Luckily, I've bought Valhala with the base game and played base game just once before trying expanson.
So cool.
Well a few people have said similar things to me about this so I'm glad I'm not the only one.
Valhalla brought this one up into my top 10. Helps my kiddos love it too :)
That's awesome, how old are the kiddos?
@@thediceodyssey4690 8, 6, and 3 (the three year old has not played it yet :P ).
TheDarktater can’t believe I missed your reply. That’s great man, I have a 4 and 6 year old myself.
So, with "Valhalla", is it now better than "Lords of waterdeep" and "Raiders of the north sea"?
