Mantle is the state in which your character is climbing over something. The mantle ends as soon as you can input an action after climbing onto something like a railing or a box
If you can do this, it's also in turn going to help with super glides. The crouch timing for this tech is the same timing for super glides. Check out my recent super glide video :)
Actually this is possible without auto-sprint. I know because I used to play without auto-sprint and do it. You just have time the sprint and slide input well. Now I play with auto-sprint though and must say it is much easier to do with auto-sprint
Ya its a bit ridiculous he just says, "you can do it backwards to," without explaining how at all. He actually doesnt tell us anything new or give instructions the whole video

Really sick and informative video. Not a lot of people include HOW to use them properly. No use in performing fancy tech if you dont know when to use it.
easiest way to practice this is using one of the single doors in the firing range because you practice from either side, saving the time it takes to reset by climbing back up to a ledge or platform with a railing. Hope that helps!

I have a superglide video as well. The main thing that make superglides consistent is press jump then crouch. Most video say press them together.

You can just look left while holding up and it should work. or if you want to do it looking right, you look right and hold up.

What is mantle?
When you climb onto a object. Walk up to something, hold forward and jump. You will start to climb and once you get to the edge you will mantle it.
