fair, but you can get it at level 1. It's already pretty good even later game, whilst some could take awhile to get like for example TTK, Tushita, and more. And then theres Saber with the highest output of sword DMG, it lacks combo potential and that highest DMG output isnt consistent.

i have it too, because my account got data reset before and the game counted my lvl 1 and gave me 3 points for it. normally when u started the game you will be lvl 1 and no skill points with it

Just the other day my friend was very satisfied by what I did, I bought a random fruit and got Venom, while farming mastery for venom with him I got the Hidden key within that same hour, I thought it was nothing for me that I could use so I showed him it, then he told me it was for a legendary sword Rengoku. All in all it was one hell of a satisfying hour.
