When I found out Joost this spring (Eurovision Song Contest), this was one of the first videos ever I saw of him and... I fallen love with this guy. This is absolutely my favourite video of Joost ever. What a talent, what an artist.
Joost and his friends created a new art movement, I believe. A combination of poetry, spoken word, music, other sound effects, visual effects, theater, dancing, jumping, presented on stages and social media. Eurovision was just a part of this art. You need to follow everything they do to get the whole experience. Theme is authenticy. No ego's, no lies, no secrets, total sincerity. They only have to name this movement. @@AP-hr3qm I've come up with the name Bizarden Art Movement, BAM. Bizarden is a precious tulip that grew out of a disease of the flower. A reactor came up with this. Joost's art is like a Bizarden tulip, a precious flower that came out because of pain.
100 million?? Holy wooden shoes, Batman! That's a lot! This dude knows how to party. And he's so likable because he's super real. He sings/raps about his own mental struggles and gives the audience a chaotic mix of humor, madness and sadness.
The dj is Tantu Beats, who wrote Europapa with him, one of his big friends and co writer of many other songs of Joost. At the end, he is the one who hughs Joost, while he sings Florida, sitting next to him.
He was in Malmö as well. And the "Michael" dancer was one of the white dressed dancers on the ESC stage, right? And all the others ... they really have their own universe, don't they?

He made the whole geography, for the stage but also for some dance moves in the official Europapa trailer: the part Joost dancing with that 4 girls. He's a professional dancer. I am not 100 procent sure, but think I read somewehere, that the one who sings sweet dreams is Gover Meit, the stage director of Europapa / ESC. He's a theater artist of origine. They are all in Joost his close friends circle with Stuntje and Appie not to forget. ..
Hi Paul, Joost said after a long time waiting for help (second song is Wachtmusic- music you hear while waiting during a phone call)in his case for help to deal with his traumas, in the last 3 years he finally got the right help at a trauma centre. He also said his crowd is his family. Make a Moshpit, be kind to each other, when someone falls you help the other, everything what’s happens here should be with consent, as consent, at my concerts everybody has to feel safe, his is a safe place
He sang I want to fly like a seagull (a meeuw) and this rimes on you got mail. You also briefly hear the sound of a dolphin. Many of his rimes are difficult to translate into English. In the song uncle robert he sings I am a God, but I'm sure you took 7 pills. It rimes in Duch but not in Englisch. When he sings s*ck my d*ck b*th the whole audience sings this lyrick instead of him. There where several different stages with other artist you coult have join playing on the same time at Lowlands, but everyone came to see Joost, also the people that came for other artist because a lot happend here. Joost was unguilty disqualified at the Euroviion Song contest. I hoop to sea him back at Eurosion 2025. The crying girls at the end ar are not family. They'rev just fans who know this song and feel Joost his pain.

Paul, that stage is named Alpha and located at the same location as Red stage of Defqon.1. The capacity is about 15000 people according to official information. But you can approximately count visitors during Joost's performance.

(Not putting in quotes because I am paraphrasing.) The artist painting the canvas is Daan Koens, who has also been on a few songs. He is a great self taught artist. His work is very striking.
😂😂😂 Did he say that at some point? Unfortunately, this would probably only be possible on screen at Eurovision. Not even a "moshpit choreography" is doable with the limited number of people allowed on stage - and in the audience it would certainly not be allowed.

@@AP-hr3qm you are wright, there are snippets, little peaces of the show, that are not in the big video. Some inbetween the songs things are left out. One example: Joost lifting up his skirt on a sort of sexy way and dancing a kind of childisch funny for some seconds.

It's one of the few profesional recordings of a Joost performance. This recording was for our national Dutch music channel. The streaming numbers keep getting up to this day.
I absolutely agree with @EricvanDorp007 😃 As someone who learned to understand Dutch mainly by listening to the radio (and sometimes the TV, much later also some classes), it's great fun to see how you are progressing and learning Dutch through listening and using clues you find in various other languages.
