      @@floodwaterstudios Ah, the algorithm just brough the video to my feed today. (Not that it matters but,) What about compressing (death) metal guitars? I'm using Softube amp room with like 8 other plugins. Needless to say, its kicking my ass! So much fizz. I'm even using that new W.A. production Deres to help. Plus, UAD compressors.

      If by fizz you mean extra noise then I would look into a noise gate to help. I’m not sure if compression would solve much of that issue. You could try to mess with the compression release knob which can help control the tails after the initial transient. Though with so much distortion/drive it will be harder to do so.
