I can't believe that Powerpoint can do this. I hope that powerpoint can export or save it as mp4 or in a video format. hehe
There is a tool called office mix you can use to turn your powerpoint presentation into an interactive video. So I guess they already made that possible.

To have a continuous animation,
1) Go to animation pane
2) From animation pane, select the animation
3) Click on the drop down arrow from that selected animation
4) Go to effect option
5) Go to timing
6) Make it Until the end of the slide

If you are using any latest version of PowerPoint, you will be able to save as GIF directly. But if you don't have GIF option, you can save as MPEG video format then convert it to GIF.
If you have GIF option:
Steps:
1) Click on Save as
2) Select Save as GIF and click on save.
If you don't have GIF option:
1) select save as MPEG video format
2) Go to ezgif.com/video-to-gif
3) Upload the video that you have saved
4) Click on convert
