Saw them twice back in the day, in a small club in Leicester when the audience was half punk (including spitting) & half rock, then a year or so later at Leicester Poly, a much more relaxed but excellent gig.
Saw them once in America, the last time with their great drummer who passed. Nicholas 🙏🏻 Michael had us sing Happy Birthday to him in December. Never made it to his next birthday🥲
Was there both times - and then at Kaisers for the Two Steps from the Move tour.
@@yassassin6425 Can't remember where Kaisers was! Just looked on Gmaps, club I saw them at is now Waikiki on Market Approach I think. During the encore at the Poly they did an acoustic number & the drummer sat at the front of the stage with a tambourine. My mate said "F* me, that's Razzle!", turned out he knew him from school but didn't know he was in the Rocks!

Actually, I think it was called Mr Kiesa and it was right by the clock tower adjacent to the Haymarket Centre.
Ha! yeah, Razzle. Brought up in Coventry, then his family moved to the Isle of Wight when he was in his teens. The 'mockney' accent never ceased to amuse.
