Karve Road Pune Drive - Early Morning Streets of Pune

Experience driving on Karve Road Early Morning in Pune before Punekars wake up :)
The drive starts at the foot of Lakdi Pul Deccan and we head down Karve Road all the way till Shivaji Maharaj Putala (Statue). Midway during the drive you can hear the morning aarti of Dashabhuja Ganpati Mandir.
The road has functioning metro line that diverts onto Paud road midway. The two stations in the video are Garware College Station and Nalstop Station.

In this video, road looks good. However, last month upon our Pune visit from the US ,saw the worst roads possible .. very narrow, full of pot holes, bumpy rides , water logged , barely with the side walks , missing lane markings, no signs , dis-functional lights , dust, garbage , encroachment by the street vendors . And no matter how much traffic is on the road , sighting of wrong way vehicles is not uncommon

Yes. Recently a lot of potholes were filled up. However, you visited during the peak of monsoon which is common for such road states here :(
