I never got past King Loui, I ALMOST did once, but that chain of bananas I had no idea what to do at that part and he kept getting me there. The next time i get myself a Super Nintendo, this'll help me get passed the level. Thanks for posting these :)
Hilarious to see that I wasn't the only one who could never get past this level as a kid. It's a small world after all. I tried again for a gas a couple years ago and STILL couldn't beat this level lol.
Yes there is an ending sequence, but this is still not the end of the game. Shir Khaan is still 3 levels ahead. Hmm, will have to do those levels too some time.
Collapsing ruins level was so fustraiting for me as a kid, even with the game genie it was hard! I was stuck on it for so long that the song was stuck in my head for HOURS.
I don't know; I thought King Louie was a bit more difficult the second time around, mainly since you don't have that distraction of the monkey band to distract him.
For me, Louie wasn't what killed me here. It was the level. When I actually get to Louie, he's just not to hard. He IS harder then the first fight with him though.
This is easily the most frusterating level in the game. Your lands have to be exact and the falling platforms. Anyway, great job at beating this level.

Hating scrolling levels. This one always got me at those platforming speed-ups.
