BREAKING NEWS Stephan Sterns Charged with the murder of Madeline Soto
Murder Charges: Stephan Sterns, the boyfriend of Madeline’s mother, has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with Madeline Soto’s death. An Osceola County grand jury returned the indictment against him.
Sex Crimes Charges: In addition to the murder charge, Sterns faces 60 charges related to sex crimes against Madeline. These charges range from possession of child sex abuse material to sexual battery of a child under 12.
The question on everyone’s mind: Will Sterns be directly charged with Madeline’s murder? The answer is YES. Charged today with Murder 1st Degree Capital is Stephan Sterns
To recap, Madeline Soto vanished on February 26, 2024. Surveillance footage captured Sterns disposing of items in a dumpster near their apartment complex. Among the discarded belongings were Madeline’s backpack and school laptop. Authorities believe Madeline was already deceased at that time. Her lifeless body was later discovered in the woods off Old Hickory Tree Road in Osceola County.
Sterns now faces that include sexual battery of a child, lewd and lascivious molestation, and possession of child sexual abuse material. The severity of these charges could lead to life imprisonment or even the death penalty.
In a surprising twist, Sterns waived his arraignment, initially scheduled for today's pre-trial hearing, April 24th, with a trial expected on May 13th. However, with the change today, the pre-trial will be in July, 10th 2024, with a trial date scheduled for August 19th. 2024

So this was the delay, time was needed to convene GJ and present the heinous facts. I cannot wait for Stearns to be in prison and lead the rest of his life in fear & utter monotony.
I feel disgusted with this monster. Came on tv and lied to us, pretending to cry-saying he had no idea where she was. He had taken EVERYTHING from Madeline. Her innocence, her life, and her dignity in death. Can’t think of a better person to get the chair. ⚡️ 🪑

As soon as I saw the news elsewhere I came to see your breakdown Ron. You and Ed make a great team, always respectful and empathetic towards the victims. This was such an unfortunate case, I just hope that all the moms that heard Madeleine’s story become more vigilant and careful around who they let near their children. What a tragedy.

Jenn Soto is an anomaly as far as I’m concerned. She seems dumb as a rock, in active addiction and battles mental health issues. She’s all over the place. I think Maddie may have told her and she didn’t believe her. If they find reason to charge Jenn I hope they go hard on her. Parents must do better. What a tragedy.

Furthermore, the fact that Jenn claimed she had to work that night raises questions about whether her absence was also intentional and part of the same plan. Jenn stated that she saw Maddie getting dressed that morning, but the timeline doesn't align with the surveillance footage showing Stephan already taking her to school. The fact that Stephan has been given that position suggests that Jenn is not only attempting to conceal the truth but may have actively participated in a sinister plan leading to Madeline's death.

I pray something good comes out of this diabolical tragedy. I hope someone is setting up some kind of memorial/charity for Madeline Soto. If no one is, I will. We can not forget her & we have to do better for our children. I refuse to accept this as the new "norm".
