I would like to learn how to cook Afghani food & Pakistani food, their herbs are so different, the way they cook their rice is enchanting, all that herbs & vegetables they put in their rice amazing. The way they fry their fish with different herbs seem so good to eat. My son does not like fish in U.S.A even when he saw how Pakistani fry their fish with seasoning he wanted to eat too, if we go to Pakistan one day, insha-allah.
Pakistan people need to bring their food to Turkey, in Turkey we don't know how to add herbs like Afghan & Pakistan does. Pakistan people bring your culture food to Turkey especially to Istanbul teach Turks how to cook rice with many herbs, it would be awesome for Turks to eat your cultural foods.
Every country in Asia from central Asians to South Asians, east Asians their food is very nice then western & European foods, wonderful people are from Asia, when their food so delicious they must be nice people too.
I met people from Asia in Carnival Cruise they are wonderful, kind & friendly people, very happy too even they don't earn that much money.
I love Asian people, from West Asians to east Asians, I just don't like their governments because they don't help their poor to live better places & get them out of poverty.
Latin America, Canada & U.S.A , also European governments are no different then other countries government officials, western nations low income people are now becoming slums & ghettos.
I think every human culture & every human race they are good people but their governments not good for the poor, that is what I don't like it & it makes me angry to see every nations poor people are suffering in poverty & slums, but their rich are so arrogant & spoiled, bitter. I watched another video about central Asian countries weddings, I could not believe their rich kitchen & their wedding food were, I think it was either Kazakhstan or Turkmenistan. If our humanity were one race & one culture everyone same, this world would be very boring to enjoy it.

It's interestig to see, this tipe of fast food, Restaurant, or take away, with fish kichens, fish market's, it makes you very conscious of humanetry's Day to Day consumption of ''Palnet Earth's resorces'' and it seems to be so visible and accentuated in big city's like these, because they allways seem to be cooking in such ''bulk and volume'' I have red that eaven ''Beef'' is on sale in some marcket's and regions of India... I do like European tradicional Indian ''cuisine''... But this tipe of street food, you have to be brought-up with..? I find the higiene too off puting: I wood have to bee very very hungry to consume this tipe of ''Road food,'' and I wood probably turn into a supermarket vegan or somthing iff I was travelling on a low budget..? Sorry, but not for me.

What surprised me was alot of the places were halfway clean to start with. I have only seen videos late at night when they look like gross. But that's how they are, to my USA standards no way. Their not dead yet from the food so it all good. Their immune systems must be great.

You think western cook are much cleaner I don't think so, we get sick in U.S.A when we eat at restaurants, western people & their cook & staff are dirty too, have you seen western nations kitchens now, that is why many people in western nations having food poisoning & runny stools, stomach flu too, Hepatitis C because western people do not wash their hands after toilet use. Western cooks are more nasty & dirty, really, you just don't see them behind doors & behind walls.
