    I've had the Pro for a while on my truck, and have had issues with it not 2-1 downshifting with ANY throttle input. (TV is fixed, so engine speed, pump output, pressure output affecting something??) It will only 2-1 it if I completely let off the gas. (screen will say 1st gear, but will stay in second) I can adjust TV some but then I won't get 2-3 shift sometimes. Its like I can get one or the other. Also when I hook up a pressure gauge to the TV pressure port on the trans, when commanding 2nd gear, the pressure oscillates up and down a bunch (20 to 60 psi constant jumping around up/down, few times a second. This is also shown on the data logger on the anteater software. Is that normal? I can change the 2nd gear pressure, and the window will move up some, like 30 to 70, but it ALWAYS jumps around. Seems when I start out driving cold, the 2nd gear gov pressure is pretty steady, but longer drive the more it jumps around.

    I think I have this already from when you guys did my swap, as mentioned below in comments would it be possible to turn the factory Tow Haul button into a lockup switch?

    When it comes to adjusting the lever, when u say back it off an 1/8 of an inch do u mean back it off from 100 or zero? Trying to gauge the 75-80%

    Nice. I’m sure one will eventually end up on my truck. You didn’t talk a lot about lockup- is it fully programmable? Say like zero throttle coasting but you want to use an exhaust brake so you want to keep the TC locked? Or locked vs unlocked shifts?

      If you look at the tuning page you can program lockup based on mph, the 48re is not a great trans to downshift in lockup due to bind up and shock load concerns

    Do you guys make a FMVB ratchet shifter for the 6.0 Powerstroke or not I'd love to build a manual shifted auto 6.0 but on the floor like a ratchet shifter

    It looks like PNRD works in regular mode, will it function (change) while tap shifting in manual mode?

      Yes as long as you install 2000+ electronics on your vb

    How does the anteater work in a sled pulling application? Could I leave in third and let it lock up on its own or will a 48re not like that?

      Yes, you can leave in 3rd and have the anteater command lockup at your preferred mph

      Thats what it is, in 04.5 they changed the engine/transmission quite a bit

      it does, you just need to swap 2000+ electronics on the valve body

      When we install in house, we remove oem 2nd Gen shifter, cut and tig Weld new tap shifter on the end of it

    I have an anteater I bought not too long ago from you guys shifts are all where I want but the 2-3 shift under light throttle is a bit harsh Basically slams into 3rd and also shifts a bit harsh into overdrive with light throttle but smooth under moderate to full throttle shifts smooth how do I go about fixing that thanks

      I have the same problem but I think it’s because it’s direct line pressure staying the same constantly so that’s why it shifts super hard like that
