Now solve it
I think when he's scrambling the big cube, then he would solve it in 1-2 days.
At least a week because how long it takes to just rotate the cube itself plus finding all the pieces
NO
Let's just focus on how long he will scramble it first
@@Be_a_znig not even close. They and think a little about it.
Bro i can't believe the turning quality is so friggin GOOD
Me neither i mean its terrible if your trying to speed solve it but for that size id expect turning it to be nearly impossible and id pop if you did anything slightly wrong
You can only do u moves tho, and the stand/table he uses aligns the cube for him. So the turning probably still sucks
Well tuned 3D printers can make some extremely accurate parts, and in cases with large surface areas the layer lines can help reduce friction.
Make the 50 by 50
Not saying you’re wrong, but the cube’s size definitely plays a factor in how good it can turn
that corner piece is HUGE
Thats what she said😅
It's like a 3x3😂
@@happyyaraYou have to solve for each corner piece separately
@@lukaspapousek8572 I know, I meant that the corner piece is the same size as a 3x3
Yeah the bigger the cube gets, the larger the corner piece has to be (otherwise it’ll fall off if you turn it)
You now have the world record it used to be 33x33 now it is 34x34
Fun fact: even numbered cubes are harder to assemble
He could have done the 35x35 instead
@@ADM_RAMconsumingfoxhe essentially did build a 35x35, but just doesn’t get credit for one of the layers.
@@TheRubySpider🤨 whaddya mean by that
@@bennyellis3512 the way even numbered cubes are constructed is that there’s an extra set of moving pieces hidden inside that serve the same function as a middle layer on an odd numbered cube.
@@TheRubySpider Oh! I remember seeing something like that on 2X2 cubes and I saw the square on the 34X34 and was wondering if it was a similar part. Thank you for the clarification! 😀
The fact that it's 3d printed with all those moving parts is crazy
Yeah i can’t believe it doesn’t just explode from its own weight and friction when moving it
I can't believe there's a Rubik's cube that weighs almost as much as I do
Fr😂😂😂
It’ll be a while before there’s one that weighs as much as your mom 🥳
Pounds or Ibs? (Just asking)
@@Venezia13do
do you mean pounds or kilos?
@@orphankicker4384 he means the currency dumbo
people can't even solve a 3x3 and people could solve that well done man!
Months
if you know how to solve a 4x4 and 5x5 you can solve any cube
i know how to solve 9 by 9
@@not_mrwataaahnah, the minimum puzzle you need to learn for larger puzzles is 7x7 iirc
@not_mrwataaah square one? Jkjk, I know that's not what you meant 😂
Everyone is talking about how impressive the cube looks. But I'm more amazed at the man's dedication. He spent a whole year assembling this thing and he even made a stop motion animation out of it. The dedication to these vids he makes, I tell you, it is real.
Can we just apperciate his effort on this cube for a video!

We need a celebrity to share this, get this man the credit he deserves!
What we need is guinness world records to come down and give this thing a look.
Well done man! You deserve more respect
You are absolutely insane, this is incredible. I love stop motions and i love rubiks cubes, this wouldve taken forever to do. You deserve all the respect, good job Matt
When it turns it's so satisfying
Technology is Beautiful as it allows people to make such awesome content and things, and the Internet is beautiful for allowing talented, skilled or devoted people like this person to show us these things.
Imagine if it popped💀
ye
imagine dropping it 💀

And it’s a marvel!!!! Brilliant work, sir!
Dang that’s impressive
Love the new background.
I remember around 2001 people online were theorizing what is the largest possible Rubik's cube that could be built without using magnets. (The avoidance of magnets was to get around the fact that magnets could help hold larger cubes together so things like corner pieces wouldn't have to be physically attached to the core; this was before magnets were used for speed.) I knew an architecture undergrad who made a detailed diagram of, iirc, a 17x17x17 cube that could (at the time) theoretically be built, though it would require somebody to have the means to manufacture all of those parts. Back then people had to consider things like the limitations of injection molding, or that no company would sell a cube heavy enough to be too unwieldy to turn. It's wild how 3d printing has completely transformed how we approach building something like this. I love this age of "I made a thing because I could" engineering.
The dedication is impressive i could never. This deserves more visibility
Now send it to the biggest Rubiks cube channel and see how long it takes them to solve it
Can we just appreciate that he did all of this just for a vid?
I had three dogs growing up. The youngest had to be put down at 12 because of serious health conditions and it was super sudden and really shook us. When our last two dogs started having similar problems at 15, we knew they had to go together. They were completely bonded to each other. Coming home to a dog-less house was a haunting feeling. Six months later we got our new puppy and I hope the other three are looking down on him. It’ll get better. Maybe not soon, and definitely not completely, but you will be able to function again without them. A few years before the dogs passed I commissioned a portrait of all of them together and that helps a lot to see it every day.
This guy deserves 100 millon subs
Matt’s Ollie stories are so precious. He’s such a lucky kid.
The "because I can." Is strong in this one.
This short deserves a lot more likes
Now get a world record in solving it
Good luck solving it
More surpeised how well it turns. He did a good job with that.
As a speedcuber of 7 years, I can testify that this feat is spectacular and magnificent. Bravo
No way! So you’re the -god- guy that made the stop motion assembly of this cube.. and you designed it yourself? That’s crazy! (I saw your stop motion video of you assembling this first)
How’d you do multi colored pieces?
Dude, the amount of dedication you put is so much. You deserve more subs❤!
Dont stop.
So amazing! You dp nice job!
Looks amazing!
IT TURNS SO SMOOTH
Imagine scrambling it and then solving it😊
Wow nice job
Imagine there was a speedrun category for this
MONSTER ENERGY MENTIONED 🗣🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
That's cool & congratulations to you on hard work
i like the stop motion and the corners are huge😊
So cool!
W smooth turns
This is the stuff we should be making holy. Math cube you can spin
I love how impractical this is
Love that the first thing you did is the plaid/check pattern we all love to make on our cubes 😂
Well, this is impressive!
That's crazy huge! Awesome!

😊😊😊😊😊 you fixing the 34x34 Rubiks cube
Fun fact for the math nerds out there. I was curious to figure out just how many combinations this behemoth had. Thankfully formulas for solving those exist online. As it turns out, there are *1.50187 times 10^4359* possible combinations. It is literally unimaginable just how many combinations there are.
To try and put it in perspective, there are believed to be 10^82 atoms in the known universe.
I love the SOUNDDDD
The 4×4 rubix cube has 43 quintillion combinations, now imagine how much combinations this one has...

You should make an entire short film with it
now you are the craziest man😂😂 because now you have to be solved that huge puzzle but how 😅😅😅 👍👍👍
What made you wake up one morning and say I want to make a 34 X 34 Rubiks cube
That is really cool
Can’t wait for this to be the next “solving without help” video
This is the best example of patience :3
Straight badass
Now make a 34×34×34×34 Rubik's Hypercube
Imagine having that ONE piece out of place. 😭
Literally the best way to test a cube is to make the chess pattern
Imagine if it didn’t turn or it broke during the process… that would have been so sad 😢
Glad it works! Pretty insane man!
Imagine scrambling now to then solving it
Would you ever consider selling the SLTs to any of your projects? Great video!
"Hey? Is it raining?"
"No. That's me trying to turn my 34x34 Rubik's Cube."
Bro Rubik's cube should hire the this man
Omg I love it 0_0
This is crazy, I remember back when I was really into cubing and the MoYu 13x13 came out and it blew everyone’s mind. I know someone has made a 33x33 and these big of cubes will likely never be mass produced but just looking back at the days when cubes half this size were considered huge makes me feel so old💀
Amazing
This belongs in the MoMA
With a video of how you made it
Let people take turns adding twists to solve it or mix it up
this is art
I would expect this to have a mil likes. Gg mate
That’s satisfying
I tip my hat to you sir. Not only did walk the required mile but you also went and did the optional extra ten miles!
Definitely museum quality!🤪
For a second, I thought it would explode when you turned it
Really want to see superflip or cube in a cube on this
Dang man you got guts
Good video
good luck solving it
The corner piece is so big like a 5 by 5
personally, i wouldn't go for a cube without magnets these days
SO COOL
That turns better than my literal 3x3

It's amazing what humans are able to achieve with access to money and free time.
Indeed and a factory of high end printers
I was just thinking "do people enjoy wasting time or?"
