@@forfun6273 It worked good for about five months and then I got the green robot on start up I tried resetting thei box it was something to do with the launcher hardware so I just threw it in the garbage and bought a fire stick I have another T 95 android box though too

@@jimcase4124 that is the cause of two or three-factor, 1. people change there DNS. 2. Leaving Date and time to be picked up via the internet. 3. Timezone is incorrect. so turn off auto detect time, and fix your timezone and timing and leave it alone.
I bought this to travel with. It works fine at home, but at my motels, it says connected but never goes to the sign in page, therefore it is not connected. Contacted their customer support, but they wont respond. How can I get connected at a motel?? BTW, my Firestick connects at my motels just fine, even saves the login info.

if you have this box, contact the seller whom you purchase it from and request for a remote replacement if under warranty or purchase same remote to get the functions back.
@@xctechs Sorry, I forgot to add that the simple remote works fine. The problem is the box won't power on using the simple remote after it goes to sleep. I have 2 boxes that does the same thing: it will turn off just fine but it won't power on again after using the simple remote.
@@calvinholloway3802 Netflix no, that will cost this box company over 6Million for less then 6 months just for licensing, to get 1080P quality. It is not worth the money at all ( so no 4K )

@@xctechs update. Firstly thank you. While it was frozen, it ended up showing a dark side screen said factory reset... after I read what you said. I did a factory reset and it is back to normal. Booted up no problem. Thanks soooooooo much 👍😁👍
Can you plug 8TB HDD to this? And does this have a hotspot or a wifi signal transmitter? If it has both of this then it would be capable of being a nas server. Please try it I want to see if we can turn this to nas.😊

How do I shut up that TickTock take every time I Make a move I don’t want noises like that I want volume obviously but I don’t need to take take take not sure how to shut it off but the box works great
@@xctechs Good thank you now I’ve installed a different Launcher but every time I completely shut the box off it goes back to the launcher it came with thank you for all your help I really enjoy this box
@@xctechs I shut off all notifications including system notifications and I’m still getting the TickTock and like I said I installed a new launcher but every time I reboot the box it goes to the main launcher it’s really no big deal I just switch launchers once it opens up what is there a way to open up my lunch from fresh reboot thank you very much you’ve been a big help

Where can I get the OTA zip file mentioned in the manual; it is supposed to help with the upgrade of the box

my recommendation is to totally turn off the box and not sleep mode.

Click on the name and select forget, and reconnect usually this happens if your wifi is too far.

The remote doesn't work. But the magnavox TV remote does.
Maybe need to be prayed with the dongle, or make sure you have the dongle connected to the box

go to settings // apps // check TH-cam App, and more apps but check for notifications and make sure they are all Off.

Mine still working properly, maybe the unit you have it was defective, you should have contacted your seller, they are quick to replace the unit.
