this is actually a race from this chapter, except it’s from the 2nd round, and instead of Tatsuya and Akio racing in their cars, it’s Blinky (as Tatsuya) and PAC-Man (as Akio) Racing in 2 Hiace’s.

The first two rounds use 'Blue Blazes SP' as end credits BGM, and you're correct for the third round end credit BGM. That means, WMMT1 have two ending BGMs.
810 is on MT2 too. Before Patch B of MT2, if you lose even ONLY 1 stage on the story, you can only get +1 Tuning bar to 810 & CANNOT get 815 whatever the reason is. Which before patch B, 815 is only the reward for those who able to clear 80 Stage story without losing. Considered this is kinda impossible to achieve 815 in that time for everyone, Namco then create update Patch B for MT2 to make 815 is for everyone, so if you lose the Story & only get 810, then u can still get 815 when you reach 5000km of mileage in your car.
