      I am glad you enjoyed it and thank you for your feedback! Since I am not part of the TH-cam partner program at this time, I don't have much control over where the ads are, but I will send out a help request and see if we can't get that changed so the ads aren't disrupting the practice.

    After just seeing comments on being loud at end of meditation is def not wat I wana Hav happen afta I get relaxed.

      Hi Cheryl, I hear you! As I do not currently meet the criteria to be apart of the TH-cam Partner Program at this time, I do not have control over where the ads are placed. I have sent multiple help requests to remove or change ad placement so that user experience is no longer disrupted. I am hoping this will be remedied soon!
