Sir please understand this. If in top 67, there are 6 who got grace marks. Then according to this ratio, there will be 2,08,952 in 23,33,297 who got grace marks and out of these if only 30000 have got more than 600 marks then the rank can be this high. So 1563 is lie. There can be a glitch also in NTA's software.

I really want to raise a concern regarding this situation. I am a jee aspirant who will give the exam next year. The issue here is that on what basis should we trust this agency or company who holds that single sheet of paper which will decide our futures. They must understand that this is not just a normal exam but it has escalated to such an extent that it has become a social norm. Every parent wants their children to appear for this exam just because of big coaching centres' advertisement campaigns about their toppers which again couldn't be held true, as I have seen the same student with two different ranks in three coaching centres' billboards. If we ignore the institutes and focus on the mental pressure on the students due to this, it is absolutely horrifying because there are hundreds if not thousands of students that have lost their lives due to suicides as a result of not acquiring a good score. These exams are really important with respect to the face of students in the society too. The legitimacy of this is on a very thin line. Just because the rich and privileged students have the financial support of buying the papers, what future do they hold. Such students going to colleges like JJ and AIIMS is nothing but a waste of resources and seats that other capable students who could have been promising doctors of this country saving hundreds of lives and engineers improving this nation could have utilised. I really hope this matter is taken very seriously and an immediate change is brought into action or the students would consider going abroad for their studies and the underprivileged will have no hopes for their futures which will immensely degrade this nation. There are many faults with the education system and the infrastructure as a whole but I hope these politicians and the honourable court will bring some justice to the students.

Cat and gate has graduation has eligibility, very few applicants but NEET has 25 lakhs! Also, rural and poor students don’t have practice of computer and marks, which reduces their marks. Take example of UGC NET , they used to conduct it online , it was observed that rural and poor students are at loss. So now, they are returning to offline exam.
NTA knew of the serious lapses and paper leak, they intentionally released the result early to complicate the things. Now the students who have honestly got good scores are bound to feel cheated since they have to prove themselves again after a gap. They sat on the FIR of paper leak and kept denying it. Early result release was done to create rift and 2 parties amongst students.

Like in JEE, NEET should have two tests: NEET Mains and NEET advance with very hard questions. Or in addition to NEET, good colleges like AIIMS should also conduct their own one - hour test. That test should include 50% subjective and 50% objective questions. Bad students who got 720 with grace marks or by buying paper will fail.

The constitution envisaged euqual justice cant be ensured for the following reasons :
1.Students who have not filed a case is not getting a chance to write again.
2.Withdrawing the grace marks and closing the issue is utter disregard for euqual justice.
3.An army of students given two type of questions, if re-exam for a small section.
The honerable court must order for stopping counselling.

Exactly paper has been leak at a huge scale and it's not necessary that 700+ students are getting paper a 650 scoring studet can also get it and even a student who cannot qulify can get paper and pass
