But incase you have a good job (like manger level) then you don’t need travel history because it’s easy to get visa without travel history. Travel history just increases your chances to get visa. Dear Schengen visa documents include NOC from company (no objection certificate). So flexi visa holder can not get it . It’s not possible for them to apply. You can apply for England UK visa they accept.
