Bunker Hill Mine Restart Progress: November 2023 - Mill Site Preparation

The Bunker Hill Mine is a historic producer of silver, lead and zinc located in the Silver Valley of North Idaho. Josh Spencer is a senior program manager for a consulting firm assisting with the relocation and recommissioning of the Pend Oreille Mill purchased by Bunker Hill in 2022.
Josh explains the removal of the foundation and earthworks necessary to prepare the Kellogg yard for the construction of the mill in the upcoming months. Included in that preparation will be drilling to understand the conditions for the deep pier and concrete work required before the building and erection of the of the future mill building.
