Hey! Thanks for watching my unboxing/timelapse build of the new LEGO NES! It was SUCH a fun build. Sorry for saying "uhh" and "umm" so many times in this video. I stayed up very late and woke up very early to work on this video so I was kinda loopy :) Let me know if you have any questions about this LEGO set and I'll do my best to answer them below! Thanks

Ok, that easter egg is something that really SHOULDN'T have been shown yet. It was clearly withheld from any of Lego's marketing, promo images, or showcase videos for a reason. This is something that was clearly meant for builders to find on their own as a little surprise while they construct the NES. Also, to have the video released a few hours BEFORE anyone in America can actually buy it to experience for themselves is completely unfair. If you want to show the easter egg, that's fine. Just maybe wait a month or two after launch to give people a chance to discover it for themselves. But no, you gotta be the first. You gotta get the clicks.

@@BrianAltano Cus honestly I thought it was the Mario figure compatibility that you alluded to at the end. I never heard of a Lego product having "spoilers" so I didn't think it would be that much. Whether I clicked on it or not, I still think the reveal was released too early. Just as you had the surprise when you built it, let others have time to discover that as well.
