Usually in kilos mate. The fishermen measures their catch in full boxes. The kilo came in thanks to Europe and because loads of our fish goes to EU it is kept to be easier

He was there for the experience, a taste if what the job is. That's after doing his funded courses. The 150 was just a gesture and he was lucky to get that. If he'd have shown some willingness he'd have been asked back as a half share to learn the job. He wasn't 😂😂

I was a fisherman out of plymouth 1980s. We caught lemon sole the most fabulous fish to eat I think

It's sold in kg and its sold by digital auctions. Mostly Brixham and Newlyn since plymouth closed recently.
