KC-135 was derived from the 367-80. Yes the 707 was derived also from the 367-80 but the(perhaps) implied -135 from 707 is not true. The VC-137 is derived from the 707. These were used as the original presidential transport jets.

My Father was with SAC for a long time, sometimes on weekends or in the summer when I didn’t have school HE would take me with him.
My job was to clean the old school coffee makers , refill them and fire them up before the flight crew’s arrived.
We traveled the globe together, I miss him dearly
