I spoke to Palmers about the changes and they said hydroquinone is banned in the US so that's why its not the same the old one was bomb

This is actually not true. I highly recommend you watch a board-certified dermatologist and talk about these products. Keep in mind if you don’t use sunscreen when exposed to the sun, it will appear as if this doesn’t work.

I used it for 2 weeks 2 times a day and it actually worked for me I just did the lotion and it worked amazing I always had low self steam bc of my condition where my body is always dark and my skin is always rough but it worked I cried bc it felt like a chain had snapped off me I prayed every night for this and the lord gave me a way out.

the facial cream has retinol, so maybe some people would breakout using the cream (I break out too when I first started using retinol) but fortunately, there's a way you can fix this and it's either by combining the cream with a moisturiser or wear moisturiser, the cream and layer on a moisturiser again. hope this helps!
This is a very good body cream it was so nice if only you are patient in using it. Its like a going through a process from child hood to adults hood it works gradually
This review may actually not stop me from trying the face cream out. All these problems listed are well known to be caused by retinol and it actually gets better over time, considering the fact that you didn’t use it for more than some few days.
you should have kept the cream and just used it for knees and elbows ... I use a small dab of it on each dark spot and also on my knees and elbows ....you can also use a q tip to dab on each spot.. just dont rub it in let it sit .. or mix with coco butter....EVERYBODY BE BLESSED..
I've used the new formula once so far and this cream feels like it's exfoliating my skin more than fading dark spots 🤔 Time will tell. I used a small amount on damp skin, then I decided to apply my shea butter afterward due to my skin feeling tight as if I didn't moisturize, or the feeling you get when your skin is dry from over-washing/over-exfoliating. My skin did appear slightly brighter and firmer in the morning just after one application, but i plan to use this only 3-4 times a week with Shea butter. I think the trick is you can't use this stuff daily as your primary moisturizer.

I'm using this product for 7 years now, don't stop using the cream it will work for you same happens to my face but I didn't stop it really work 👌
The lotion is ok but the cream is not good for me.
Be careful. Take a break of 6 months after using it for 3 months. You don't want rebound darkening.

@@Kadijah399 yes, that's what the directions say and what dermatologists say. You should also be using a sunblock. Using it for 7 years and not stopping is bad advice.

They took much out like.. sunscreen, hydroquine which really help which helped lighten my dark spots really well. And I can’t find the Palmers glow anymore that had my skin glowing as if I had makeup on.. ughh

I get that hydroquinone is banned. But once you take that key element out of the product. The product is literally dead & worthless.
I bought the Fade milk early this month and it made me so itchy and darker. I had to stop using it.
Takes time to work but it’s actually a good drug store product. Palmer’s also makes skin toning coconut oil for dry skin. There are different formulas for oily and dry skin. My skin is oily and the coconut toning oil was great for hydration. Unless, it’s not available in the UK
In using retinol, theres always a guide. If its ur first time using it, youre not supposed to use it every day. Its meant to be every 3 nights first, after d 1st month, every 2 nights, on d 3rd month, every night. So it takes u 3months to completely integrate retinol into ur routine, else you'll definitely have break outs or sth.
The cream is sticky and fragrance is pretty strong
The cream is good when you use it with a palmers moisturizer

It works. For me I could see visible results in 3 to 4th use. I use twice a day. And It is really good
I had similar result when I used the fácil cream. It was a total mess . I am still trying to correct the mess with just the lotion. Thank you so much this is an honest review indeed
I have been using this cream for ten years and I have had great results but this year they have changed something in the cream. It has damage my face and I am no longer using this cream

I knew it! They did change the formula. The old formula never gave me white bumps and it cleared dark spots fast!
I know I'm late but the cream and the soap does nothing for me today is two weeks and skin is getter darker and darker.
I love these products tho. Makes my skin look like honey 🍯 ✨
I had the same result when I used facial cream for dry skin. It's messed up my face whining two days application. I can not say a lot about the lotion right now, but I think that will be ok.
Skin success Fade milk works well on my skin until I started using those ones I referred to as fake cuz it is cheaper than before but messed up. I stopped using it for 5 years and been battling a lot of mess until I came in contact with the original one which is working well on my skin.
I used the cream and it made my face feel dry, its been 3 months now and I haven't seen much results. Disappointed in the fade cream🤦♀️
For the face cream look like you use too much and as it has retinol you could get a reaction from it. Try apply less and add the lotion or a different moisturizer on top of the cream if the cream is not moisturized enough.
You are right I use the cream also it gives me breakout this cream is not good for me
It moisturises your skin .if your skin is not good i prefer to mix palmer and arimis
the cream extremely dry and difficult to absorb into skin, I broke out and had redness.... the soap works like normal toilet soaps too.... I wouldn't call it a complexion soap, it's just smooth on the face like lux soap, so I like the soap a bit, tho it didn't work for my dark spots. For the lotion, I don't like it. 😊

Was your face Dry when applying? Also cold weather conditions won’t work with the face cream. I’m from the Caribbean and it works really well because after I applied it feels a bit tight but in 10 minutes my skin feels moisturized. And I have dry skin

Honestly it doesn-t , the soap is like an everyday soap, nothing special. The lotion is good for body, it hydrates and smoothens.
