Interesting demonstration, but a flawed result. The slower rate with MP is due to individual step variances. With enough fair repeat testing we would see MP beat out One Piece Flow due to reduction in changes over time. What you are failing to show it that the next step in the chain is sitting idle with MP, while with OPF, there could be other work being done. Imagine if 2 people were doing this work. the first folder and stuffed, while the later sealed and stamped. With Batch (MP) the second person would sit idle until the first was done, saving little time, with the OPF there would be very little idle time and the total time would be near half.
