Yes... I tried to use my Singer to finish the last two lines of stitches but found that the thickness prevented me from sewing straight. Now, I probably could have ripped the stitches off and tried really patiently again and it should work. But I got impatient and just went for the big machine. Because of its industrial strength and it's designed to sew through super thick layers like knife through butter, I knew it would turn out without me fussing with it further. And it did! If you are just using cotton fabric with light-weight interfacing, there is no problem with the Singer machine.
Forgot to mention that I did do some modification to make the clutch narrower than the original pattern design; hence the fold in the middle @ 0:09.
Perfect fabric pick! Looks great! ♥
I think so as well!
1:19 Who knew you would need a hammer to sew?!😂😛 I enjoyed it! ♥
The many untold benefits of sewing! 🔨🔨🔨
Is that a 3 x 3 tiny cutting mat?? 😮😮 I love your huge supply of tools!!
A mat from my paper distressing kit that saves me from distresses!! ☜(゚ヮ゚☜)
I'm new to sewing. Could you tell me what the Juki sewing machine is being used for at the end?
