Leviticus 45-46 which approves chattel slavery in which slaves are inherited property that can be held for life), and it outlines the way slavery should be practiced. Also note that beating someone to not death and without permanent damage is deemed okay by that very same verse.

Ray Comfort did a very good job of explaining the gospel to this young woman's heart, but I was absolutely amazed at her boyfriend's willingness to surrender to Jesus Christ so easily. ❤️
IMO when you have not hardened your heart and know God's Holy Spirit is talking your your spirit. It is an amazing thing as God touches you with His Love and Forgiveness in Jesus Christ sacrifice and salvation.

Great illustration with the tea bottle, Ray! Another thing I ask people is: "Why do we love? Why do we laugh? Why do we cry? Why do we have these particular feelings/emotions? Then, I quote from Colossians 1:16 and talk about how Jesus created us, and how He created us with the same feelings He expressed while on earth. These feelings couldn't have simply evolved from nothing; they had to be given to us by a creator who has these feelings.

@@user-xp4fm2st8u You totally missed the point. Ray's point was that if she didn't believe that a tiny label with the limit amount of information on it could've been made on its own, how then can the galaxy, earth, things on earth, etc., be believed to have come from nothing.
A similar illustration that I use is that if you were walking down the beach and you saw written in the sand "Bob loves Susan" and I told you that the tide came in and wrote that in the sand, you'd say I was a fool to believe such a thing. Clearly, it was written by intelligence. How much more foolish is to think that things like your DNA evolved. This one thing is way more detailed than the writing in the sand. It would be like saying that all the information in every book in the largest library just came into existence on its own.

So wouldn’t it be logical and rational, to investigate the most seemingly accurate depiction of that source? which leads me to this. The Bible is historically authenticated beyond all literary requirements. It has thousands and thousands of primary witnesses which is more than any other book of its magnitude can come close to. Literally the only thing that the top scholars disagree on atheist included, would be the supernatural aspect of the Bible. But how can a true scientist come to an accurate conclusion without testing the theory? The theory in the Bible is to simply believe that it is true, to believe that Jesus is the son of God, God, the son, the triune perfection that we were created after. I used to be agnostic as well. But logically I could not refute the evidence that I found. Now, I do not entirely agree with Ray’s theology. He teaches that one must show good works to be saved, and here lies the dilemma of religion. What I pose to people, is to not be religious, but to just seek God through his scriptures. It is like I said, completely 100% accurate and historically authenticated above and beyond all necessary requirements. All you have to do is test the theory. You can find the gospel in the book of acts chapter 16 verses 30 through 31, John three verses 16 through 17, first Corinthians, chapter 15 verses one through four, John, 14 verse six, Ephesians chapter 2, verses, eight through nine. Never let a religious person tell you how to believe. Just read the Bible for yourself and believe in the gospel. We live in a spiritual world of good and evil, and the evil is very deceptive and convincing. Don’t fall for it, because this earth is temporary, and our lives are more than just this.

It couldn't have been a part of that universe that was involved in it's creation. That Creator has revealed enough of Himself for us to realize this but still allows us to follow him by faith. Because we are made in the image of God we have creativity and the ability to design something using the physical resources He has given us. There are many of us so ofcourse there are many different creative works resulting; books, buildings, music, and such. But a creator who can bring into existence the physical would have no need of help bringing different physical things into existence. He would be all powerful and wouldn't on one hand be able to make the sun but then not be able to make the earth and everything in it. That's nonsense. Try to use a little common sense.
Awesome. I’m witnessing to 100’s of Filipinos in Philippines. Most are receptive. It’s very sad how ignorant of the Bible they are. 80% Catholic. I ask them a jeepney just ran over me and I’m dying and have 3 minutes to live, and I ask them how do I get to heaven when I die. 99% are silent. Eventually they say pray! Then I say pray what? In this video Ray says that Jesus paid for all sin and that eternal life is a free gift yet at 8:38 Ray says "if we repent of sins AND put your trust in Jesus " That isn't the gospel (good news) Repent , biblically mean to change your mind from thinking the way you live your life will be good enough to earn salvation and turn to God ,in the case of the Jews who thought they had to keep all Gods laws and when they sinned (broke Gods law) animal sacrifices would atone for sin , however after Jesus paid for ALL sin ,there is no sacrifice left but to believe on the finished work of Jesus . Ray comfort is a wolf in sheep's clothing , Repent of sin isn't found in the bible while we are under Gods grace .Repentance of sin is adding to the gospel because if a person thinks they have to stop sinning to be saved they are not believing but working for salvation .

Repentance from actions is in the Bible. I believe Luke 17:3,4 and Acts 8:22 are some New Testament examples.
To be upfront, I am not here to promote repentance as a qualification or prerequisite for salvation or having salvific achieving properties.
What I am saying is that there's more than one reason to obey anything God said ever. That one reason being to gain the right for your soul to enter heaven.

Simon wasn't a born again believer when Paul told him to repent either .

Thanks be to God. 🙌 His salvation and lordship is the best gift ever! I believed on Jesus Christ, when I was a little girl and carried the faith with me right to the age of 25, then the Lord drew me into his Lordship over my life!
I had never known about him being both Lord and Savior ! and He did it all by Himself for me! 🙌 Back in Dec. 7th, 1989. No man taught me about it. The Holy Spirit did it. And I thank him forever! I'm 59 now, and have loved and lived and served Jesus Christ my Lord and God my Father for all these decades! I am so grateful for his amazing grace! I have also been used to bbring many other souls into the Kingdom too! That is another best gift ever to bring souls into the kingdom and see them receive Jesus to and get saved and baptized and have a new life!

Ray, I thank you for your willingness to do what we all have been commanded to do. I know most of us would rather not evangelize. It makes me uncomfortable, but watching you and learning has helped give me the confidence to have this conversation. I love all these people around me, I don't want to see them suffer in hell away from God.
Its awkward at first to witness, but it gets better and better, especially when you give in to the will of Holy Spirit and you start to feel such compassion for a total stranger. Do it soon, you won't regret it and the Lord will lead you to who He wants you to talk to.

Ray, this is an amazing interview! Please show us how you first approach someone on the street and get them to talk to you? You can’t just walk up to someone and simply say “Hi, do you think there’s an afterlife?” There’s got to be something else you’re doing that gets people to talk to you? If you truly want others to do what you are doing you need to share that crucial step in the process because strangers don’t just open up about these deeply personal beliefs to anyone who simply walks up and says “Hi” to them!

She wasn't actually an Agnostic, Agnostics believe something created everything in the universe, they just don't know what to call it. My wife didn't trust the bible for years, she looked at it as a faulty book written by humans. While in a conversation with her and a friend of hers, and getting nailed from two ends I prayed in my heart, please Lord give me something to show them that you and your word can be trusted. Like lightning the answer hit my brain, I asked them, Do you believe the unknown power that you don't wanna call God created everything? From the smallest atom to the largest Galaxy, and everything in them? Both of them answered yes, then I said, So a being this powerful wouldn't be capable or powerful enough to make sure a book written by men that he inspired to write was correct in every detail? Both their mouths just dropped open, My wife even though she hasn't surrendered her life to Christ is no longer an Agnostic, neither is her friend.

The illustration of the ocean liner was exactly a dream I had one week from the interment of a loved one (who knows the LORD). We were both enjoying the cruise when an announcement asked passengers to get in line to board lifeboats because the ship was taking on water and was doomed. We had to leave our personal items behind but while in line I remembered an irreplaceable peacoat. I went back to fetch it but when I got back the line had boarded and I caught the glimpse of my loved one safe on a lifeboat that was launching. Although disappointed that we were separated I knew we would meet again having our lives preserved. I decided to stay and warn the remaining passengers and get on the last lifeboat. I realized this dream is a parable. (Job 33:14-18)
Amazing grace is definitely applied to your message and extended to these two souls.
