Were you able to sell this and if so, did you use the funds to finance the new Glamping site? Will you be doing a 1031 Exchange when you do sell Rustic? I was excited when you first bought this and am still trying to figure out why you're selling. Your content is always appreciated!
Selling because we’d make 1.5 million over what we bought it for. That money will go into many other things. So, not selling because we need to. We put it as “we are not selling it, but it’s up for sale.”
