I stumbled on your darling little mittens while researching for my blog post, and I'm thrilled to feature it in '31 Quick and Easy Knitting Projects for Beginners.' Your instructions are so easy to follow!
for someone who can knit but not read patterns you've made my life much easy to get it all done one go these with be going baby unit also other knitting things you have had on your vids so thanks so much for sharing and to make it so easy you talk very clearly and informative information so thanks :)
There really is something extra special about you & your tutorials..😊I’ve never misunderstood any of your instructions; your hands are so easy to follow & your voice is so soothing that I’ve twice now fallen asleep🙈 Thanks, I appreciate you x
I really love your tutorials . Made baby booties following your pattern and now i m making these mittens for my grandson ..thank you so much for the simle and easy to follow demonstrations.
Hi just finished ny 1st pair of mittens. So easy but was abit confused decreasing rows as i am blind the verbal tuition needs to include how many stitches each row has and what way to slip stitches and clearer on knit rows after decreasing Thank u tho love my mittens x
I have a question: in this video you have 5 decrease rows (to knit 3) but on your webpage you only have 4 decrease rows (to knit 5). Suppose 5 decrease rows is correct? I noticed this too late since I went by the description on your webpage 😅 Thought I should point it out so you can fix it. Super easy pattern though, perfect for my little girl arriving in March ❤
Thank you soooooo much I'm a beginner and have only just started knitting but love it.... I absolutely love your videos its sooo easy to understand and follow I've already made the mittens (although a lot bigger as I didn't have the right needles and yarn) none the less it was a decent first time... I've also made little babys booties I would put a picture up but dont think you can do that on here
I checked the written pattern to see if you had adjustments for a larger size mitten, like you did for your booties, but I didn't see any. What would you recommend for larger mittens?
YIPPPPPEEEEE!!!! CAN'T WAIT TO TRY ON MY OWN!!! THANK YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH FOR ANOTHER GREAT ONE AND FOR LISTENING TO OUR REQUESTS!!!!!!! YOU ARE AMAZING AND WE LOVE YA GIRL!!!😊😊😊😊😉😉😉😉😘😘😘😘💖💖💖💖 NOW, HOW ABOUT A SIMPLE BABY SHOWER BLANKET IDEA??🤔🤔🤔🤪🤪🤪🤪😜😜😜💖💖💖
Please visit my website: www.sowoolly.net/ You’ll find all my patterns there. And, below each video, there’s a link to the specific pattern (on the description box).
I didn't have the proper sized needles (I used 7mm and 8mm) and reduced the number of stitches by 6.In the first row above the band, I knit 12 then two together, and knit the remainder of the row. When it came time to start reducing the rows, I followed the video until I had the proper number of stitches at the top however, I ended up knitting two extra rows at the top so I didn't make the top two narrow. I hope this makes sense.
Forgot to mention, that since I reduced by 6 and not 8, I would k2,p2 until the end of the row with the last two stitches being knit. I would start the next row p2, k2 with the last two stitches being purl.
Sometimes the patterns can be a little off. For example, it doesn't say to knit a row in-between the decreasing rows, so just always watch the video. Hers are still one of the best.

Hello will these fit a 3-6 month or would the amount of stitches need to increase?? Many thanks 🙏🏻
I checked the written pattern to see if you had adjustments for a larger size mitten, like you did for your booties, but I didn't see any. What would you recommend for larger mittens?
I think you can use bigger knitting needles if you have those lying around. I think you could also do some measuring before you knit too
Preety
How many stitch for a baby mitten ?
Could you please tell me how many stiches we have to do for 3 months baby or its same??
Is superfine the same as 4 ply?
I believe it’s 3 ply (you should get 30 stitches per 4 inches using 3 mm needles)

Thank u soo much this vedio help me thanks again😊😊
Could I ask how many stitches it would be for the mittens to fit a 7month old please?
I didn't have the proper sized needles (I used 7mm and 8mm) and reduced the number of stitches by 6.In the first row above the band, I knit 12 then two together, and knit the remainder of the row. OK thank you 😊

Sometimes the patterns can be a little off. For example, it doesn't say to knit a row in-between the decreasing rows, so just always watch the video. Hers are still one of the best.
