Did i just find the best ambient ever by accident, for the record I live in Baghdad. Seeing my city was as much beauty as this centuries ago gives me goosebumps
@@RobMcGravyTrain Correct me if I'm wrong, but unfortunately the city depicted in the game is no more due to wars that destroyed the city. I can think of two of them: the Siege of Baghdad in the 13th century and the Iraq War in 2003
The bustling street, the crowd voices all around, and the sounds of quran recitation through loud speakers. The ambience of mirage really felt like Ramadan Bazaar
Yes, lots of ancient history that went into flames in Alexandria found its way to Bagdad. I heard Bagdad has one of the biggest if not the biggest library of the world, but the Western media doesn't even pay (deliberately I suspect) attention to it.

Thank you so much for putting the call to prayer at the beginning of the video. You have no idea how much it relaxed my mind and body. I do hear it every day but I still feel so touched whenever I hear it... Also, thank you for the rest of the video, too, my friend. You did an amazing job.
Growing up in the city of Baghdad, and the knowledge I gained cannot be compared to anywhere else I have been in this world. I have been to Babylon as kid too, and those memories makes the best of me. To those who relate: I remember those 2 or 3 o’clock afternoons, so quiet in the city of Baghdad. The sun is burning, everyone is inside either eating something to cool down or taking nap. And you’re outside playing soccer with all this heat… haha. Damn I miss my childhood in my beloved city of Baghdad
Amazing, very well done! I completed the game and was blown away by the stunning graphics and soundtrack. I’m looking forward to your next Mirage video!
This culture and baghdad have nothing to do with modern day Iraqis . This belongs to sunni Arabs, a suni Arabs civilization, you Iraq is what you see today shia.
The AC Mirage story is so haunting and chilling IMO, the jenie, Nehal, etc.... you realized gradually that there's something wrong and turns out there's more in Basim than he thought. Plus how it intermingles with 7th century Baghdad science and religion, and of course the comprehensive Ubisoft study on history, it's so mystical. I love AC Mirage so much, it has that same eerie haunting feeling from the first 2 ACs. People make game comparison with previous Witcher-like AC Origins and AC Odyssey, but these previous games are too game-y, though it is beautiful and massive, the AC Mirage is the game with excellent story you think of again and again and kinda makes you love the protagonist Basim even more. Wise move for Ubisoft to return to the core of AC. BTW my favorite is Rooftops, starting around 33:13 I think
This game is really amazing and I like the music and the location but it’s sad on what happened to it it looks peaceful and I also like assassin creed Valhalla and odyssey and origins
I just got a new 4K TV and this game looks absolutely gorgeous in it. Also feels and plays like the classics. I hope Ubisoft keeps its course and continues on this track. I loved the RPGs for what they are, but this game just felt so much more like AC than those ever did.
It doesn't look like Azan, but if you are Muslim, then I won't argue with you. A very beautiful voice, I would like to get an mp3 of this Azan from the game, but I can't find it.

you have to give credit to Ubisoft for creating incredibly good historical settings for their games. a lot of research and care also in the soundtrack department
Well yes, they did an amazing job, I love the music and the ambience, but I have to be honest, in the graphics department, they underscored unfortunately. I went back into AC origins, and saw a huge difference in graphics, its crystal clear and has way better graphics modules. It feels like mirage was made in a rush... but I love it still 😊 Take care friend!

Hey I really like the playlist. I am Muslim but may I just add that you should probably not add the Athan to the first part of the music. I know it gives the vibe of the game but as a Muslim this Athan shouldn't really be on there since it is sorta disrespectful.
And can you tell me, specifically this Azan from the beginning of the video has a name? All the Azans I've heard before started with the lines, “Allahu Akbar, Ash-handu an, Ash-hadu an-lā ilāha illa allah...” (sorry if wrong), and this one, from the video, sounds different.
@WOLFGamingM Yea this one is reciting the same thing. There is only one call to prayer and they recite it really beautifully within the game. It does get confusing if you aren't Muslim for what verses or recitations we have. But generally the Athan should only be recited without any music. In the game they cut off any background music too which I appreciate and recite the whole Athan.
@@alicerose5217 Yes, that Azan I heard in the game in silence, in the background of people's voices. Very atmospheric. But I take it that the Azan heard at the beginning of the video is not from the game.
@@WOLFGamingM Although it may not be from the game. The Athan should not be on here. Any Muslim would agree. it is disrespectful to us.
