Great video bro ! Can I apply for the visit reservation to the immigration before coming to Korea as long as I have my hotel booking- ( knew my place of stay )??? To accelerate the process or it’s a must to apply only upon arrival in Korea??
@@iamkimninja thanks for the feedback. However I managed to book I put my own number and it didn’t even ask me to put a code or something confirmation to my phone number in order to continue Or there is a code I must receive once I book and I should show it there at immigration upon arrival ??
I've been in Korea for 2 times already, love this country and want to live there and get a citizenship one day. I'm full remote IT specialist and I meet all the requirements, BUT it is valid only for 2 years. So it won't let you get a permanent residence in the future. You need to live for 5 years in the country to get it. This is very sad for me and I'm waiting for some changes in it.

Hi! I have a quick question. Does this only apply to people who are currently working fully remote in other countries? And can only people with US citizenship apply? Because I am currently working in an American country with a green card as a Korean citizen
You have to work remotely for a country outside of Korea and it's not limited to US Citizen. But if you are Korean with a Korean Passport you don't even need to apply for a Visa you can just live in Korea as long as you want
For the working holiday visa, can you work remotely for a foreign country or does it have to be a korean company? And can you reapply for this visa once its done?
On the working holiday you could theoretically work remotely for a foreign company You can't reapply for the working holiday again it's just a one time visa just as the digital nomad visa~
@iamkimninja thanks for the quick reply :) Would I have to declare that I'll be working remotely for my home country when applying or will that effect my approval for the visa?
@@jenaninedumaran662 As the working holiday is basically a 1 year tourist visa where work is not required if you have savings or income not from Korea. I would just keep it discreet and say you have enough savings. You can get my free Working Holiday Guide workingholidaykorea.com
thank you! Not much guidance when I googled, but found your video very helpful.
Thank you for watching! If you have any questions feel free to ask 🙏🏻
Yeah the annual salary is crazy in comparison to what other nomad visas are asking

Soon I will have collected all the Korean Visas available 😂

Usually it requires a Korean Phone Number but it should theoretically work 😁 maybe ask a Korean friend's phone number

I just read the working holiday visa is only for 18-30 years olds
@@catta_h Yes that's correct some countries it's up to 33 or 34 but generally it's up to 30
@@iamkimninja that’s so bad! So for 40 person the only visa possible is for work or marriage
@@catta_h unfortunately yes, Korea's visas are all work related 🥲
Any update on this? Experiences etc? I work in tech and meet all the requirements.
