hello, i could not pay my electricity bill for two months and now it is about .28000 won. recently I went to the bank to pay the bill and they said it cannot be done by showing me a date which is on the bill and i could not get them because my Korean is not good actually. so what am I to do now?? Are we supposed to change the name on the bill or is the landlord suppose to? I receiced a bill with no name on it but cant speak korean and so cannot call the customer service hotline

You can pay anytime through bank transfer in Korea the bank transfers are fast it's immediately deposited 😊

You could do a bank transfer online, or go to your nearest Convenience Store GS25, 7Eleven, Ministop, CU to pay
