Brant was talking about getting in plain early and through the ball ,but the bat close from his back shoulder as he is coming with the swing not dropping the Barrel bellow the hands like you did. Thank you and I LOVE your videos.
The best piece of advice Lowrie gave in this clip was to forget about mechanics when you're in the box. I started this season hitting well then I started working on my mechanics and trying to take those changes into the box. Wrong answer. When in the box I can serve only one master and that's the ball/pitch location. Mechanics gotta be done without thinking.
"Weight on the inside of the back knee, ara you thinking about that at all?" NO. HE'S STAYING LOADED ON TOP OF HIS BACK KNEE, WAITING TO ATTACK WHEN HE'S READY, NOT UP TO GRAVITY.
I hope that Jed Lowrie becomes an analyst at MLB Network when he retires. I think he would add a great perspective since he’s in the league now.
@Danny Moore the aging on this🥲
Went to high school with this guy always knew he was gonna make it work ethic like no other way to go Jed
09. Played with Gale
Miss this guy in Boston!
Very intelligent. An adage for everyone..." You'd do better if you knew better"
Lowrie rocking some Marty McFly's!
Blake Thomas Selph They're sick. for real though, what are those shoes...
looks like air forces not air mags.
They're Air Force duck boots

You're wishes have been granted
@@dylansbaseball1015 that they have 🙌
Ive noticed that most if not all sluggers keep the front leg locked out straight after the swing.

Derosa hates how the new guys hit now and he shows it in every show lmao. They’re all better hitters than he was swinging down on the ball
cause he knows he could have hit like 25-30 every year for his peak years probably if he had learned about launch angles, etc
@@ChairmanMeow1 i love the guy but jeez hes gota lay off
Yeah, the "swing down on the ball" is utter rubbish.
Very similar to josh donaldson
rutgers stadium
Question: who even enjoys DeRosa on this show???
