With that breakwater right there, it looks a bit like a man made wave pool? Great footage, and really enjoyable to watch. This is where drones really come into their own!!
The wave itself is man made, locals dumped old cars, big slabs of metal and huge concrete blocks half way down the break wall because they could see the waves coming in but it wasn't shallow enough,
It’s the mark of a local surfer to say he/she has ridden this wave. We would paddle from Stockton and ride it when it was on. It’s great to see it here on TH-cam.
