Fluffy, soft and 100% homemade! 🍰👌

  • Ingredients:
    100 g flour 🌾
    130 g butter 🧈
    90 g sugar 🍬
    130 ml milk 🥛
    8 eggs 🥚
    Preparation:
    In a saucepan, heat the milk together with the butter over low heat until melted. Remove from the heat and set aside.
    Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks in two separate containers.
    In the yolk bowl, add the hot milk and butter. Whisk well until frothy.
    Sift the flour and add it to the yolk mixture. Stir gently until well integrated and free of lumps.
    In another bowl, beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks are reached. This step will take some time; if you have a stand mixer, now is the time to use it!
    Add the egg whites to the egg yolk mixture in three parts, mixing with wrapping motions so as not to lose the air in the batter.
    Pour the mixture into a suitable pan and bake at 140°C for 35 minutes. Do not open the oven during the process.
    Once baked, let it cool completely before touching it to avoid wrinkles on the surface. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into pieces, and that's it!
