Just a quick note so say half way through I mention the word "Negative" meaning toggle the switch to the negative position, the threshold noise getting louder means its positive, sorry for any confusion!, there will always be one that flags it up..;-)
Ah ok. I tryed it last time on the fields and the GB was still same, don't matter witch sens while fast grab. But to be honest i didn't keep an eye on the stable running of the machine. Ty for awnser and best regards from germany ✌️
Hi Graham.I have a detech sef 15 by 12 coil and it is not ground balancing well on the fast grab.Gary from Garys detecting did a review on it with the t2 and said he doesn't GB with the coil as it doesn't fast grab.Got any advice,I tried to manually GB on Sunday on deep pasture with it and the numbers were way of like 30 or lower so it was not right.Gary also stated that these large after market coils don't GB well on deep pasture for some reason so he doesn't GB the machine at all and uses the disc mode.Any advice Graham is it essential to GB.
hi Phil. .absolutely essential to ground Balance..if the fast grab way is bringing numbers up in the 30,s then it's low but better than being too high like when some people hit the 90,s etc..try lowering the sens way down first and zero disc buddy

Why u put the sens down to 25 when u fast grab ¿

Now that I remember Graham I was trying to GB in all metal with a sens of 90 maybe way to high and sometimes 99.
yes phil lower her way down. .I'm not a fan of self but that said a lot of folk do well with them..give it a whizz
