You can turn the Neutron's BBD into an awesome chorus/flanger with a little patching. BBD circuits like the Neutron's were one of the first ways people created chorus/flanger effects Turn the delay time all the way down, turn the feedback up to at least half, and mix to about half way. Modulate the delay time with the LFO with some attenuated modulation from the LFO or S/H or even an envelope, whatever you want to use to create a small amount of movement. Viola! a flanger. If you want it more chorusy, turn the feedback down, and turn the delay time a very little bit up.
Very nice! You can actually save yourself a couple of patch cables: Attenuator 2 is normaled to pulse width modulation on both oscillators internally (unipolar, so you'll have to set the PW knob at the lowest point you want to have).
@@belozerov_2217 Nice! I hope you enjoy the TD-3. there are lots of good tutorials on youtube for it - yeah I'd like to try the Crave too, it looks interesting & funky :D
The sound of the cem based Osc is a bit to hard compared to the more mellow juno , to much midrange going through, the mofat filter doesn't help either to smooth it out , only the env is about right

Hi thanks for the tip - I've played around with patching the lfo to the delay time as an fx, but I'll definitely give this a go :)

Thanks, yeah I realised that after I'd posted the vid! 🙄
Yep. The Neutron is dope for sure. The only Behringer synth I kept. Good video man.
Agreed :)
Cool attempt 🔥
Thanks, probably the best you'll get out of the Neutron anyway.
Absolutely fucking mint lad.
cheers!
Nice. I adore my Neutrons.
Very happy I bought one :)
Good stuff man
Cheers :)
Powerful sound. By the way, I bought a td-3, I'm slowly figuring out how to use it, I'm getting high!
